I have had nothing but excellent service from the associates here! I spoke to a sales manager named James B. and he wasn't pushy or insistent. He cared about me as a person and wanted to find my best plan! I then had to cancel services through no fault of or issue with the company, and I spoke to Jessica from the loyalty department. She was kind, understanding, friendly and very accommodating! She listened to the fact that I needed to cancel and didn't make it difficult. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced Jason was able to answer every question that I threw at him he deserves more then 5 star I would recommend this company to anyone

I am so disappointed in protect my car,a friend recommend them,i purchased a policy in July to include electrical, my truck developed an electrical problem i took it to the shop and they told the mechanic that they don't cover the problem,why would they replaced an engine or transmission which is very expensive but don't cover a computer which is a fraction of the price.

We understand how frustrating it can be when the first repair you have is to a non-covered component. However, the purpose of the coverage is to make sure that the most expensive repairs (like the engine, transmission A/C and the like) are covered so those costs will not ruin your budget when they happen. I would like to give a special thanks to Mark T. for doing such a wonderful job communicating with me and keeping up with the shop to make sure my claim process was taken care of with compassion which allowed me to get my car back in just one day. Mark really made this stressful experience much easier for myself and I can not thank him enough! I would also like to thank Jason Pierre a second employee who helped with smoothing the process of my repair! Thanks guys!
