Lawrence was very nice and helpful. I can't remember the man's name who sold me the policies was very nice also, I have had pleasant conversations with both people I have talked to.

Absolutely great customer service my entire experience. Every representative knowledgeable, caring, down to earth, and helpful as well. When I first signed up with my Ambassador elite policy, I was expecting less than what I got! One of the financial managers I believe had a helped quote me a policy with a discount and great price, and the perks were better than expected. i called today to cancell may policy But Spencer helped me with the process and i didnt have to cancel it. He was very helpful and polite and very professional. also sent me an email to help me see what is covered and is sending me out the items i need that i never got to start with. i will be asking for spencer if i ever have to call again. Kyrika was very professional and patient with me. I had not been able to get up with Mary A. and had left messages and needed to get approval to go ahead. Kyrika apologized for the wait and ask if there was anything she could do since I could not get up with Mary. So I proceeded to explain all that transpired. I called to cancel my policy because I honestly never use it and was intimated by the process of it all. The representative Lawrence H. fully outlined the importance of keeping my warranty.
