Absolutely great customer service my entire experience. Every representative knowledgeable, caring, down to earth, and helpful as well. When I first signed up with my Ambassador elite policy, I was expecting less than what I got! One of the financial managers I believe had a helped quote me a policy with a discount and great price, and the perks were better than expected. i called today to cancell may policy But Spencer helped me with the process and i didnt have to cancel it. He was very helpful and polite and very professional. also sent me an email to help me see what is covered and is sending me out the items i need that i never got to start with. i will be asking for spencer if i ever have to call again.
