Jason is helpful and sympathetic to my situation even though I am not done with my problem I felt I wanted t comment on how great he was to me on the phone.

Kyrika H. was the only one of several representatives who was able to find a reason for a problem I was having. She fixed it immediately with friendly, courteous, and professional service. I was more than impressed. To say that I am a satisfied customer is an understatement!

Please don't use this company, it will truly be a waste of your funds. I had a radiator replacement done and I just feel that having to pay to have the fluid replaced on the repair is outside the extent of an exclusion when it come to the completion of mechanical repairs. The customer service representatives (Mr P. and Mr M.) followed their scripts very well. And even stated that they didn't agree with the customer having to pay for fluid replacement in mechanical repairs. So I just wanted to let the public know to carefully... read more

The coverage does not include fluid replacement, whether as part of a repair or as part of maintenance. That is standard for this industry and helps keep the cost of coverage manageable for our customers. As new customers, brand new, we are very pleased with the service. The customer service is great, so hold time may be lengthy because they handle each person specifically.
