There are no words to explain the exceptional service provided by Jason P. He deserves more than just a 5 stars review. He took his time and patience to assist me Monday in getting my issue resolve while I was going to complain to a Supervisor. They have been charging my card without me knowing and when I finally had my card call them on a three way, it took forever to finally get through to the right department only to have that individual blow up because I was cancelling something I never wanted. Had the nerve to keep going after the fact and would not not get management on the line as requested. They need to rethink their line of service all together cause their customer service SUCKS! While the call was not pleasant (on both sides), we recognize that our agent could have handled our customer's frustration in a more professional manner. They were a big help but when I tried to cancel because I didn't have the money one of the managers argued with me. Very unprofessional.
