Mr. P. is the best! I was told from my volkswagon dealer that my cost would be $1,100.00. for a fuel pump, out of pocket cost, $550. I received a call from Mr. P. this morning telling me that my out of pocket cost is $326. I've been with protect my car since 2017 and they've saved me more than $5,000. In mechanical services. They're the real deal, and with representatives like Mr. Jason P., I'm sure to refer my friends and family.

The service that Protect My Car has provided for my 11 year old vehicle was more than satisfactory, it was excellent almost close to perfect. The customer service representatives at Protect My Car care about the welfare of my vehicle and made sure that they did the very best they could do to make sure that my 50% discount was applied appropriately to the major repairs that my vehicle needed that it had to undergo. I had to call them three times before I was able to cancel my policy. They wouldn't listen to me. Finally on the Third time I had to be kinda nasty to get them to finally cancel it. I felt trapped I kept telling them I couldn't afford it. They kept pressuring me to keep it till I finally gave up and hung up the first time then just agreed with them the second time.
