They keep calling from spoofed numbers and give you an 888 number to call back if you get disconnected. Explained to them I'm on the National do not call list and that it is illegal for them to call me like this. They come up with ways to try to justify it, like, "you told us to call you by filling out information online." What a scam.

I had a call from the protect my car and thwy told me that I have been paying then since September of last year and I never had a complaint out of them until recently as if they had called my cell phone and left messages for me to call them I had told them one day to cancel it completlwy and di not do that so as of today they decided to go into my card and took out $62.00 out and told me that I cannot cancwl out with them that I had that policy with them for four months now and I had never made a payment not one timw qith th... read more

This company will call you with a spoofed phone number then pry you for information while not answering any questions. Very hard sell mentality from the caller. Not sure how they got my information in the first place. Not sure why a legitimate company would cold call with a spoofed number. Asked to be put on the do not call list after the caller said that they'd call me back, but he just hang up.

As a single mom, I depend on my car; I need my car to be able to provide for my family. People are always telling me warranty companies are rip offs. NOT PMC! Omg. They have save me in so many ways. Just recently a mechanic shop tried to increase prices to get more money from me over and beyond the 50% my warranty covers. PMC called them for verification of charges and the company refused to submit a written estimate. My warranty company advocated for me to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of. He explained the information very well to me and tried very hard to keep me as a customer of yours but I have a lot going on right now and my mo is fighting cancer so I just couldn't keep the policy.
