Kudos to Jason for amazing customer service today .. I called to get information about a covered repair that was done last year. I am having problems with the workmanship, the car dealer who did the repair was claiming that they had no record of ever doing the work and that I would need an invoice number. As Jason searched for the required information, he spoke in a calm and friendly tone. He totally diffused my anger toward the service department of the dealership. Megan is an absolute doll. Pleasant to speak to, she seems to really care about my well being. She gives good advice regarding my protection plan for my vehicle. She made my original plan super affordable with ease. Bless!

Ms. Juana G. deserves a raise or a higher status in the company. She answered all my questions and beat me to the punch of some of my question. She went beyond her job duties to make sure everything was good to go for me. I don't normally do reviews but I told her personally I was going to come write one. So hopefully she gets to look at this and know that it was me :)

Leticia F. is an asset, and knowing a second language is a plus. She is the only one there that knows Spanish and that makes it a lot easier to comunícate and she is always ready to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service representative. ****** ***** Service Advisor

So far they have been very helpful in resolving my problems. Even customer relations has a great customer vibe and they definetly try to provide excellent customer service

At first I was very skeptical about getting an extended warranty because they do not live up to the promise. I've not found that to be with Protect My Car. They've lived up to what they said they would do. The customer service has been excellent. I really think this is a valued service.

So far so good. Have to say the customer service over the phone was outstanding. I was quite open about a car from 2006 I had just purchased and the fact that in a month or so I will be taking it to be looked at for issues covered by my plan. Will post back if everything goes well. I see tons of reviews on here from people praising the customer service but not many from people talking about the money they saved when repair day came. I will respond back with whatever the shop finds and what all Protect my car contributes.
