Kudos to Jason for amazing customer service today .. I called to get information about a covered repair that was done last year. I am having problems with the workmanship, the car dealer who did the repair was claiming that they had no record of ever doing the work and that I would need an invoice number. Ms. Juana G. deserves a raise or a higher status in the company. She answered all my questions and beat me to the punch of some of my question.
