protect my car was there when my versa note transmission went out coming back from disney. after getting over to the side of the highway i called them had a towtruck out my location and got to a repair shop. shortly after PMC called me up walked my through the process. after the work was done i went to shop paid my deductable and was off to continu my day

I received a call from this company. I have never heard of this company before I received a call from them this afternoon. I did not answer, but the caller ID said "Protect My Car Pompano Beach FL". I am on the National Do Not Call registry. I should NOT be receiving calls from ANY businesses unless I have agreed to this. The only way these people would have my number is if they obtained it from a third party. This business needs to respect the Do Not Call registry.

We'd be more than happy to add your telephone number to our internal Do Not Call list, but we would need the telephone number to process that request. We do not have any records in our system that match the email address that we received from the BBB. Worst warranty company. Don't waste your.When your car have an issue, they are going to make you make after 48hours to send an inspector. I have the record of my oil change everything but they told me I did not maintain my car which service was performed by Cadillac dealership and they think their inspector are more certified than a certified Cadillac car. I will not recommend this company for any one.I asked for my money they told me they cannot pay me or repair my caf

Everyday I get spam calls from this company who have been using different phone numbers. I have also got received unsolicited quotes through email and mail for a car I do not own. This is very excessive.

I just purchased my vehicle service contract today. Talked with Chris he was great on the phone and really understood their contract. My minivan has 184,000 miles and for the next 4 years with unlimited mileage they will pay for things that break less a 25% deductible. Plus I receive up to 3 oil changes and 2 tire rotations per year for the 4 year period.

I can't speak to the quality of service or coverage, as I never made it to the sign up stage. The representative who called me this morning to discuss and quote the options was so rude and aggressive that I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I told him I was looking for a quote and he started ranting about the warranty industry and how I clearly don't know anything about it and then he hung up on me before I could even get a word in.
