I had an experience negative experience with Bannister Ford of Temple Hills,Md. I have an extened warranty with Protect My Car. Ford received authorization to replace 1 ignition coil in my vehicle. PMC authorized Ford to complete 1.7 hrs of work. Ford charged me 4.5 hrs of labor. The final bill to replace 1 ignition coil was approximately $950. The agreed upon price with PMC was $382.34. I usually do not write reviews but in this instance I am going to. I just wanted to thank Fernando A for being patient, eager and getting involved with my claim. When I called in on 02/10/2022 to find out what was going on with my claim and why it was taking so long he was the person that I talked with. I have been through a lot of reps and, mostly they have been OK. Today I was lucky to be helped by Mr. Fernando A****** who was very professional, helpful, and it only took about ten minutes to come back with an answer whereas prior reps have taken an average of almost two hours to answer a simple question which is: when is my car going to be fixed? According to Mr. A******, he was told that within one hour they would call me back as they were going to call the mechanic and discuss the quote. This was at 8:59, this morning. ... read more

I'm writing in regards to Fernando A******, in claims. Mr A****** has helped me far beyond what I thought would have been expected. He has been helping me with many claims and stuck at it until he received Information of the answer he had hoped to reached.
