Wife will sign up for everything. The last one was someone called , said they with FBI and found a stolen car in Florida with five pounds on Cocaine in it. :-( Wish I had the worth of that much coke.

I have been trying to get my truck fixed for the last week this **** stupid company just giving me the **** runaround I think this is just a scam to take peoples money I am so upset with this and myself for giving them $150 a month that could've been going to the pics of my truck instead of to the stupid ***** wow I guess God will take care of that if you really believe in God people should not be scamming people

I was called by this company I never heard of before and after some high pressure sales tactics I decided to try there services, I made a down payment to start and requested a receipt and paperwork. Which 2 of their company agents guaranteed I would receive in the next week or so. Today on day 25 still NOT receiving any paperwork I called to CANCEL services only to have another agent try and high pressure me into accepting an extension of review time and argue with me that since he had a tracking number that claimed paperwor... read more

I thank Nathaniel G******* for excellent service and understanding of my situation. He helped get the best package for my vehicle!!! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions quickly, patiently, and intelligently!!!

Purchasing extended warranties to customers and not validating them. False advertisement

Using your name and email address, we were able to determine that you have an Ambassador Pro coverage plan. We see that a claim was started on 12/14/2021 (labeled "engine failure" and "electrical failure"). While the "electrical failure" portion of the claim was approved (for the brake lamp switch + labor + tax), the "engine failure" portion of the claim was denied for the following reason: "This portion of the claim will be denied due to failure to protect the vehicle from further damage and no way to verify the failures vi... read more

Fernando A****** was amazing and super patient and kind! I can't believe he actually waited on the line for me to drive home and get my paperwork. He also waited and confirmed my emails were received! You don't get this kind of customer service very much anymore. I will be asking for him by name every time I call!!! He did everything he could to help me the best way possible and it made my day! Thanks Fernando ð??
