I have had PMC for about 2 years. The people in Customer service has been very nice and helpful. BUT yesterday (3/21/22) for the first time I had problems. Their phone system was acting up. I started my claim around 10:30am After several disconnects the tow for my car was set up (12:30pm) After waiting for the tow I called the tow company and was told they had cancelled the tow. I appreciate the kindness and patience about my 2004 Mitsubishi Galant. I was inform about the 3 free oil change per policy which is four years along with 2 free tires rotation per policy along with 3 days of rental reimbursement with $30 per day at least 4 hours of labor on a claim along with 24/7 Roadside assistance include lockout service flat tire service fuel delivery and battery jump start and Free towing up to $100 can not beat the service include with low percentage repair payments. Great customer service from John T. Tim's. He was very informative, and knowledgeable of covered parts and areas of my car. Pointed out they they have great BBB RATING with PMC -vs- Car shield whom I was considering changing over to. I had an experience negative experience with Bannister Ford of Temple Hills,Md. I have an extened warranty with Protect My Car. Ford received authorization to replace 1 ignition coil in my vehicle. PMC authorized Ford to complete 1.7 hrs of work. Ford charged me 4.5 hrs of labor. The final bill to replace 1 ignition coil was approximately $950. The agreed upon price with PMC was $382.34.
