Fernando was great. He went beyond the call of duty. He did his best to get a resolution for me. I appreciate all that he did. Everyone prior to Fernando tried to brush me off as if I did something wrong. The mechanic emailed thr estimate on 10 Feb, but other reps didn't pull it; therefore, the shop kept my car waiting for a reply. In the end, my car sat for over a week before it got repaired. Protect my car representative Molita F****** Was such a great help to me getting my account straightened out; she was able to give a Covid forgiveness on my payments as well as reduce my regular monthly payments. Had the worst experience with this company PMC they took my money straight out my account for a year plus guaranteed me if I had any problems with my car im covered but when that day came Protect My Car gave me every excuse had me looking for all types of forms service receipts papers from my dealer giving me the run around up a down so after 30 days of my car sitting in the shop and back and forth on the phone with me and my mechanic its now 40+days after asking me for all this paperwork and info to get my car fix witch i n... read more

Run as FAST as you can from this fraudulent company for your own sake and sanity! In just 2 weeks of dealing with them, I have suffered a miscarriage, stress and loss of hair and I have only been a member since November. I think it all looks good on paper but when you try the use them like most companies they try to figure out a way how to get out of what they promised. Example: and my policy is as it covers calipers but since my calipers were rusty they wouldn't cover the repair. They stayed at a policy since they don't cover calipers from things like floods storms etc. My car's never been in a flood or anything like that.
