I Took my truck to have the rear end worked on. The inspector saw it and said that it needed to be fixed. I have all of my service records to include the previous owners records, and PMC denied to fix my truck. $2300+ and I had for 4 cars with them over the past 5 years. I took my car to get repaired they tried almost all day to reach someone but couldn't, so I had to pay all the cost and took them till the next day to fix it because they couldn't teach anyone at PMC,if this is the way it works,I don't want PMC,I called Customer Service but there was a long wait time,and left my number for a call back I want them to refund all my money

Customers cannot reach the company. Repair shops can't reach the company to get authorization. Towing service does not answer the phone. Hard to get a customer service rep and when you do they are very unhelpful

Outstanding customer service today from both Nathan G******* & Ronald _. My car is a 2007 model and I feel very blessed to have discovered this company.
