I am not happy with Protect My Car since April 2022. I lhave had much experiences in the past However Jason P***** gave excellent customer servilent customer service when the extra step to get me answers thank you

I spoke with a Kevin D after being "cleared" by two other people about buying a policy. He was terrific to speak with and I felt he was giving me his best right up front. I did not purchase as of yet. I called right back to speak with him and really had a very bad experience with the person who answered the phone. If you get this Kevin D please call me! Thanks, ***** *

I wish I could remember her name, but the woman who helped me file a claim for my customers was nothing short of astounding. As a service advisor, it can be difficult communicating everything over to get claims approved, she made it exceptionally easy and as she was a previous service writer she understood the situation and helped me out flawlessly. Highly recommend, they made this process great!

I'm warning everyone don't purchase a policy from this company. They don't protect anything and their customer service/Claims Department really needs some training. They lied and said my car was overheating due to a preexisting problem and that's a lie I have a statement from my mechanic who inspected my car and said if it was overheating he would NOT have passed it and I called to dispute their findings and was told "Our decision is not going to change." and "You don't qualify to speak to a manager." Our records indicate that our customer's vehicle overheated on or around 4/1/2022 (before her coverage plan became active) and was thus determined to be a pre-existing condition. We also note that when this claim was filed (on 5/31/2022), she was just 878 miles outside of her mandatory 1,000 mile waiting period. We see that several agents of ours took the time to explain this to our customer (on 6/24/2022 and 7/7/2022). Wilfredo T*****, has been nothing but helpful and extremely pleasant. I've voiced a few concerns to him via email (whether it was in terms of miscommunication or missing documentation), and this young man cleared everything up in no time at all. Tracy is absolutely the BEST!!! She researched a customer's contract and found that a repair that was peviously denied was covered per an updated contract. She also called the customer to let him know of the confusion about coverage. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU TRACY

My review for this company is mixed good/bad. First off... I have not once called Protect My Car and had to wait any less than 1-2 HOURS to speak with an agent. This is in itself absolutely unacceptable practice for any company and when it happens consistently week after week, it is NOT an anomaly that can be attributed to "unusually high call volume", it represents company wide negligence and mismanagement.
