This company is a rip off do not I said do not waste your money I needed my engine replaced for my 2005 Honda Accord n gave them all the information they requested , n the Honda dealer opened a claim n they denied it saying Honda put the wrong kind of oil in my car n I had to prove to them Honda dealer didn't put the wrong kind of oil in my car , so I open another claim to prove this . I want to start of by saying Joe D. is the Man!!! I was having issues getting my claim processed. He got right on it after me being given the run around for a couple days. After he handled it the claim was processed smoothly. Definitely would recommend Protect My Car for any one skeptical about them!! They are absolutely worth it!!!

They went back 17000 miles. And pull the snapshot from the computer. That had nothing to do with the failure of the transmission. But because it was part of the transmission they refused my claim. They basically said I was lying aint because it never set a code. And in onstar never seen a Code.

To be clear, PMC utilized a third-party inspection company (One Guard Inspections) to inspect our customer's vehicle on 8/2/2022. Their inspector pulled the "freeze frame" data from our customer's vehicle, which indicated that two (2) fault codes (P0723 and P0722) were set 17,765 miles ago (before our customer purchased his "Driveline" coverage plan from PMC. I have had PMC for about 3 years. I have had my Engine, Transmission and other parts replace over the last 18 months. I find these guys to be pretty good. The last experience I had with them was to get 3 sensors replaced. My mechanics secretary was on vacation and English is not his first Language. After several days and attempts to place a claim , I finally got Zack on the phone. Thank God for Zack.
