I wish to file a complaint against Protect My car. Back in June or July, I spoke to an agent by the name of *************************, my reason for speaking with him was to obtain a warranty for my 2019 ***** Trax. After getting all the information from **** ******** I decided to sign up for the program. I preceded to give ******************** my Bank Info so that the money could be drafted from my account. October 17, 2022 I had the best experience with Protect My Car. I can't begin to Thank *********************************** for all of his amazing help. My Chrysler 300 is a 2007 and my engine went out. I had so many questions. ******** is so very knowledgeable, very helpful, nice and ****** patient. They wouldn't replace my engine because I've done my own oil changes, this is my first car and not once did they let me know to keep record in case I may need it later. When I found out they wouldn't replace my engine I called to cancel my policy and spoke with the management about the situation. I was just charged again even though my account should be closed.
