Steven C******* was Amazing And every agency should have someone like him he worked with my mother seeming she is on a fixed income which allowed her to be able to be Apart of the Protect my car family he broke everything down to where we understood the policy he took his time he was polite and definitely made our day seeming we started off a little rough so I wanted to take the time out of my Day to let it be known that he was a wonderful and outstanding representative and we look forward to the next 4 years and counting wi... read more

They did not honor their contract claim. I had to pay the whole thing

PMC would be happy to look into this matter further and respond, but we do not have a customer with the email address sent with this review. We do have one customer, with the same name, but that customer is in GA (XXXXX-XXXX) and that file shows that her most recent claim was an approved Fuel System Failure and a Roadside Assistance (towing) claim. I called regarding the oil change reimbursement program. I spoke with Jason Pierre. He was very professional and personable. He also provided me with excellent customer service. Im not one that normally right reviews. However, I must give credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work Jason!!

I have been dealing with PMC for approximately 3 days before I finally got some good news and Fernando was professional, courteous, and it was a pleasure talking to him, making me forget that this was work for either of us. Although I never want to go through this again. Customer Service Representatives need more Training.

Up until today I had spoken to three different people three different situations today I spoke to a gentleman named Jason P. he was so helpful so informative and very respectful to helping me get what I need to get done done because this is all new to me this is my first claim and he has been a great great help throughout this whole situation I appreciate him and I thank him very much

I will be cancelling my contract with PMC. Most of what needed to be repaired on my car, PMC does not cover. I feel I have wasted enough money with this company.

Nicole was very helpful with my claim. She's very professional and explained how things would work. She explained my coverage and what I needed to do. Nicole is the reason I keep my policy. Nicole needs to be commended for her attention to her job and concern for her customers.

This was the companies first time using "Protect My Car". Getting in touch with someone on the phone was difficult. Once we had everything in place and received authorization for payment it got better. However, getting in touch with someone, being on hold 41 minutes is a bit too much. That's why our owner doesn't like using warranty companies. Jason P***** helped in us getting paid. I am grateful for his help.
