Tracy is absolutely the BEST!!! She researched a customer's contract and found that a repair that was peviously denied was covered per an updated contract. She also called the customer to let him know of the confusion about coverage. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU TRACY

My review for this company is mixed good/bad. First off... I have not once called Protect My Car and had to wait any less than 1-2 HOURS to speak with an agent. This is in itself absolutely unacceptable practice for any company and when it happens consistently week after week, it is NOT an anomaly that can be attributed to "unusually high call volume", it represents company wide negligence and mismanagement. I signed up for this company about two months ago and since then I've been contacting this company & I can't get through to anyone. I went in to go get a oil change & I couldn't get my service completed because no one never answered the phone. As of right now I'm still trying to contact these ppl to get a refund & no one has yet to answer my calls. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone it's TRASH!
