Protect my car is a excellent business. My customer serviceagent was ************************. He treated me like I was his friend. He made sure that. I had everything I needed. Concerning getting my car fixed. He is very compassionate. I give him a 5 star rating.

***** was wonderful when we spoke. She was patient while we spoke, & she was very understanding & knowledgeable about handling claims. She is a fantastic claims person. Give this lady an accommodation for the way she handles PMCs customers. ************************************

Speaking with ***** , she was very nice and patience and listen to my concern and got on it immediately. we need more people like her to work in that position. Also, she was easy to talk to. I was very pleased working with her.

Stay away from this company they are scam artist they won't pay for anything but they want you to pay for your premium horrible company

<p>Our records reflect that our customer purchased a "Driveline" coverage plan on 11/10/2022 for his 2013 ************* GL Class with ****** miles. Our customer started an engine claim on 12/12/2022 (just 2 days out of our standard 30-day waiting period) at ****** miles. We had a 3rd party inspection company check our customer's ******************** and they reported "heavy road grime" under the vehicle consistent with a long-term leak(s). Once I've been able to contact someone the representatives (accept for 1) has been very helpful. ***** and ****** have been awesome. I sincerely need assistance on getting my car repaired ASAP. I continue hear that because my warranty is a couple of months old done items like my transmission does not apply. This is very concerning. When I applied for the warranty I didn't know that I would be scrutinize over a time issue especially after I had the mileage and the appropriate time needed.

Yoo what can I say but thank you for all the help with my claim. I called in with all my problems and concerns and Tyler took the time to listen to everything I had going on and made sure that we came to terms that was completely satisfying to both side. I read some of the customers reviews and I'm experiencing the same treatments. The phone calls and emails and faxes are unanswered. They seem like they just want your money. I took my vehicle to Aamco to have some repairs done on 10/31/2022. They gave PMC the diagnosis and they sent out a third party inspector on 11/04/2022. I received a call from PMC on 11/09/2022 asking for the prior year's maintenance and service records by close of business the next day or my claim would be denied. Prototype aftermarket extended car warranty and a prime example of why people are wary of them. Took nearly a month for them to manufacture a means of denying a claim on the transmission of our 2016 Chevy Tahoe. We purchased the vehicle less than 6 months ago from a Subaru dealer in our area with no problems up until a month ago, when the transmission began to act up and we dropped it to a local Chevrolet dealer to diagnose.
