I've been calling PMC for a week to have my car serviced and no one is answering the phones on either one of the numbers I've called. The only people answering is road side service and to allow you to make a payment. Ive been waiting on 2 different lines for 2 hours and no answer just sitting on hold not even offering to call back like last week. Are they secretly out if business but still payments from customers??

Not answering or returning my calls and not cancelling my account. Still taking funds from my checking account when they have not answered or returned my calls. They would not pay for components for my car that has to do with engine so I want to cancel but yet can't talk to anyone. Hold time keeps going up instead of down. They say say they will return my call at the number I called from when it's my turn but they don't!

Our records show that our customer's Fuel System Failure claim was authorized on 3/1/2023. A Claims Authorization Form was sent to our customer, on 3/1/2023, with further directions and contact information. Upon receipt of the final signed invoice, PMC will review that documentation for payment.
I have been trying to call Protect my car for over a week now. My ***** dealership had call and got authorization for repair to be done. Someone call me Protect my Car to give a call about this conversation over a week ago. You can not even get a call back when it asks! I have done it 4 times and no call back to me... When our agent called our customer on 2/9/2023, he did not get an answer. I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Each time Im on hold for at least 2 hours. Myself and the company that THEY towed my car to was trying to get authorization for them to start on my car. It took a complete day to get in contact with someone. This company just wants your money and will find any little reason to not help you pay for repairs. I have been paying for this extended warranty for several years under a couple different vehicles and only filed one claim. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, it took a whole week for them to deny my claim and the shop couldn’t start the repairs without PMC authorization.
