There is no words to explain bad practice of Protect My Car. PMC looks like a scam!!!There is no way to reach them. There is no option to email, chat or leave a message. It's only not true when PMC reply that anyone can fill online a claim and they will answer in 1 hour. This option is always on red and not working. My Nissan Murano is at a mechanic shop since February 16th and since then the shop and me call non stop and we can't find anybody !!! I amd tired and unhappy; this is unbelievable. I have been with PMC for the last 3 years. I've never had a problem with their overall service until now. A week ago, I dropped my car off the dealership to be fixed. The service representative at the dealership has been trying to get a hold of someone in the claims department, so that my car can be fixed. I attempted a few times myself to get in touch someone and no luck on my end. I've been calling PMC for a week to have my car serviced and no one is answering the phones on either one of the numbers I've called. The only people answering is road side service and to allow you to make a payment. Ive been waiting on 2 different lines for 2 hours and no answer just sitting on hold not even offering to call back like last week. Are they secretly out if business but still payments from customers??

We've been asking that our customers and their repair facilities submit their claims via portal.protectmycar.com, so that we can get things handled in the most time efficient manner as possible.

My Car is at the repair shop and had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just to be told to take a picture of the issue and today he called no one answered the phone I'm a disabled person who needs my car repaired I pay each month before the bill is due no one is answering my calls at all and I'm thinking about starting a lawsuit I was told yesterday after paying my bill that something is wrong with the phone lines ********I'm not paying for anything I can't use its ridiculous how you guys are playing games with us as customers th... read more

Not answering or returning my calls and not cancelling my account. Still taking funds from my checking account when they have not answered or returned my calls. They would not pay for components for my car that has to do with engine so I want to cancel but yet can't talk to anyone. Hold time keeps going up instead of down. They say say they will return my call at the number I called from when it's my turn but they don't!

I've been paying protect my car all these months now my car in up in the shop reached out to claims spoke with Albert after a 2 hour wait now no one answers the phone its always a recording sayings it's over an hour wait request a call back no one ever calls you back this company is ridiculous we all need to get together and file a class action law suit these people should be put out of business thank you Brenda M.# Pissed<br /> <br /> <br />

Our records show that our customer's Fuel System Failure claim was authorized on 3/1/2023. A Claims Authorization Form was sent to our customer, on 3/1/2023, with further directions and contact information. Upon receipt of the final signed invoice, PMC will review that documentation for payment.

I have been trying to call Protect my car for over a week now. My ***** dealership had call and got authorization for repair to be done. Someone call me Protect my Car to give a call about this conversation over a week ago. You can not even get a call back when it asks! I have done it 4 times and no call back to me... I have 2 kids with special needs and need my vehicle and this has just had been terrible and sad, not even an online chat. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records show that our agent (Z.S.) authorized our customer's Steering and Suspension Failure claim on 2/9/2023. When our agent called our customer on 2/9/2023, he did not get an answer. Upon receipt, we've forwarded this review to our agent to contact our customer and/or her repair facility to get this matter resolved.

My mechanic and myself have bern trying to get a hold of someone at this place to get an authorization for my truck been paying on this policy for over 8 months and still can’t get a hold of anyone and left my name and number over the last three days and my mechanic said he tryed and isn’t going to anymore after three days of trying and to pick up my truck he has had it , and it is not fixed cause we couldn’t get a authorization this is unacceptable and very bad business and they took there payment again and I can’t get a ho... read more

I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Each time Im on hold for at least 2 hours. Myself and the company that THEY towed my car to was trying to get authorization for them to start on my car. It took a complete day to get in contact with someone.
