Had warranty since August 8 2022 I'm not able contact them for service or to pay my bill I want to cancel and get my money back August 8 2022 to now thanks hope you can help

I have been purchasing protection for my 2018 *** since i bought the car,their online portal never operable,i can never get throught on the phone,but theie payment is drafted out my account religously,where they do that at.

I wish there was a way to select zero stars for this company. I signed up with this company on 4/21/2023 I have been trying, with no avail, to contact them via the multiple 'customer **********************' numbers listed (in the booklet, on the website or through a web search). After not being able to get an answer at any of the phone numbers listed I went to BBB.org and looked the company up. PMC's records show that this consumer purchased an "Ultimate" coverage plan on 4/21/2023. We're not entirely sure why a coverage plan was purchased if this consumer was not the vehicle owner, but regardless of that, PMC's Customer ********************** Department received a cancellation email on 5/3/2023. That email indicated that the vehicle's title is not in this consumer's possession. I had this program for about a year never filed a major claim. Once my 2013 ford escape transmission went out I had car towed to my licensed repair facility. I tried to have my repair shop file a claim online but the claim link wasn’t working. After 1 week my repair shop was able to submit a claim. Once claim was submitted I tried & my repair shop tried to call to make sure claim was received. We waited on hold for hours at a time for weeks. I have tried to contact Protect My Car on multiple attempts, via email and phone, to cancel my contract. Once I finally reached someone I let the rep know I wanted to cancel--- she said she say a note within my account and they are in the process of cancelling my policy. I had received no corresponds or verification that they even received my request. On April 8th 2023, myself along with ***** attempted to call PMC numerous times. Work needed to be done on 2 of my vehicles and they were serious repairs. Totaling over $6000 together. We just got the "you have reached us after hours" from 8am MST and throughout the entire day. Work needed to done so I ended up getting financing loans to cover all the repairs. Waited for hours on the phone, won't call the shop they are the worst business I have ever experience need toget my money back because I am going to cancel my policy

PMC did not receive this customer's statement until 4/28/2023 (despite the posting date being 4/25/2023). With that being said, we see that our customer spoke to two (2) different PMC agents (S.K. and S.W.) on 4/28/2023 and our agent's handled her cancellation request before this review was even received by PMC.

In the past PMC has had great customer service quick to respond and always helpful my my car was towed to a shop on 4/17/23 and nothing has done with my car the shop had to spend almost 3 hours on hold before speaking to someone they were told that I had a transmission issue and a broken coolant hose and it was undriveable until at least the coolant hose is replaced they said they needed to send an inspector out which they scheduled for Wendsday 4/19/23 which was then canceled because the inspector was having car issues and ... read more

My complaint is with Protect My Car. Dealership I took my car to did receive reimbursements twice on oil changes/rotate tires, BUT only after waiting on the line for over an hour both times. A business doesn't have the time for this, and has become extremely frustrated as I have also. They would not release my car to me until payment was received. PMC notes that its agent (F.J.) recently paid for our customer's oil change and tire rotation service on 4/17/2023. Unfortunately, PMC did not receive this customer's 4/24/2023 statement until 4/28/2023. With that being said, we've cancelled our customer's coverage plan (#******) per her written request.
