IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD,WORST COMPANY EVER,NEVER ANYONE TO TALK TO,SEVERAL NUMBERS NO ONE EVER ANSWERS, I WANT TO CANCE MY POLICY,THEY TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FAITHFULLY EVERY MONTH.BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY 35 TO MY BANK TO STOP THIS COMPANY FROM GETTING ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY,BUYER BEWARE

We're a bit confused, as our records show that you called us, on 5/10/2023, and provided a new credit card for your belated March and April 2023 monthly payments. We also see 2 significant paid claims on this account (in 2021 and 2022). With that being said, you are on a month-to-month payment agreement and you can cancel your coverage at any time. No need to contact your bank. You can simply send us a written letter of cancellation and we'll be happy to honor your request.

This company is terrible!!!! I have made several phone calls to this company for three weeks. My phone calls have been passed from one office to another and to no avail, I haven't received any help. I have also emailed them several times. This company has poor service and once you become a customer they recognize your phone number and will not answer. The Customer Portal is a joke also. It does not work. It will not accept your vehicle's mileage. My repair facility tried Customer Portal and it did not work for them. There ar... read more

<p>We've reviewed our customer's file (#******) and we see that the last filed claim was an A/C & Heating failure (claim #******) that was approved by PMC in January of 2023. PMC paid $1,231.72 on that repair, while our customer paid his $100.00 deductible. My vehicle has been sitting at a Jiffy Lube parking lot for the past week - hit a pothole that causes some damage to my vehicle. Wasn't until today 6/1/23 that they were finally able to get ahold of a representative. They told me that they called every single day and waited for over 2 hours to speak w/ someone and when they finally got someone on the line they would just hang up. PMC, who are you guys? How did you guys have all of my insurance information? If this individual can provide additional information (i.e., their Contract ID number, the phone number associated with their account, or the VIN for the covered vehicle, we'd be more than happy to look into this matter. However, based on the limited info provided, we are unable to locate this individual in our system.

It was very difficult to get in tach with the customer service rap and hours of holding to speak to everyone. Terrible customer service and it seems to me this company is just bad

PMC has tried to locate the author of this review (by name and email address) and we are unable to locate a customer with the information submitted to the BBB. If this individual can provide their Contract ID number, we'd be happy to have a Customer Service agent reach out about their concerns.

The service has been excellent since I've joined. I just wish that there was a way I could either talk with customer service rep or have a way to use or adjust my plan online.

<p>PMC has reviewed it's former customer's file and notes that her "Driveline" coverage plan (*******) was administratively cancelled by PMC on 5/7/2023 for "non-payment". Reviewing her file on 5/27/2023, the last monthly payment that PMC collected from her was on 2/8/2023 (over 3 months ago). Her 3/8/2023 monthly payment was declined (several times) for insufficient funds and her 4/8/2023 monthly payment was declined for not having an active card on file. PMC is just taking people money because I have a problem with them not answering the phone. Tu be on hold for three hours and if they do come to the phone, they will put you on hold for another hour or two and never come back, and then you asked to speak to a supervisor, they go get a supervisor and then the supervisor will talk to you and then the supervisor will tell you he will call you back and never call back. It is impossible to get customer service on phone to get work done. This is the worst ever. Even the mechanic has called and been on hold for over an hour. How is anyone able to get any work done on a vehicle through this company. But they sure are on time when they take your money.

After making a $75.00 down payment (on 2/9/2023), our customer never made any of her monthly payments. Her 3/9/2023 monthly payment was declined several times and her 4/9/2023 monthly payment received a "closed account" error message.
