Poor communication when filling a claim. I am still waiting now after a week to see if my truck can get fixed. The website is not friendly at all to see if it has been approved or not and the dealership that is going to do the work has yet to hear back. I had to take my truck in so someone from protect my car and look at it and still after a week we still have not gotten an approval. I pay my payments every month. I need answers now.

I have been a customer since 2018 and have paid almost 5k for an extended warranty. My car is in the shop right now and the mechanic has been trying to reach PMC, but has no luck. No one picks up the phone. I have tried calling multiple times as well. No one picks up on any of the numbers listed for PMC. I have emailed support and it was a failed delivery. They have no issues taking auto payments every month, but can't pick up my calls!? I need assistance asap so I can get my repairs done.

I use to use protect my car I paid my monthly payment for about a year and when I finally needed a claim they gave me the run around and hung up on me when I call the next day they told me claims aaid I said I wanted to quit which was not true I did finally quit not wanting to lose any more money to them

My disillusionment began approximately a year ago. Thank God that I have always been a person who believes in regular maintenance. I had an issue with my 2011 Cadillac CTS that was causing me to not be able to turn my car off even after removing the key. My car is not a "push to start" model. I have been a customer for almost two years. I need repairs done and they wont answer the phone. The online situation is not working, and the mechanic shops want at least speak to someone before they start any work. Ive been to two shops and its the same thing. I feel like da company needs to fix this problem, they make sure to get their payment every month with no issue, and should not have an issue getting the repairs done on my vehicle

Customer service is terrible, I was on hold for one hour on the telephone.. My claim was denied from Lou Brachrodt here in Rockford,Il. My policy stated my bender door part was covered. I was out of pocket payment of 2000 dollars. I was unable to get reimburse for an oil change 132.25. I am nurse, and will pass the word on to not use service for warranty
