My name is *****************, contract #******. On May 11, 2023 I took my Chrysler 300 to get new tires.During the process, it was noticed that I needed control arm replacement. I sent A copy of my receipt because I could not get ahold of anybody at PMC. I have not heard anything from anyone at PMC concerning this matter. I have been with protect my car since *********************************************************************** the past I had nothing but the up most respect in faith in protect my car but it turns out in the end they are just like the rest of these fraudulent after market companies. We see that our customer submitted a reimbursement request in April 2023 for a diagnostic fee. On 4/17/2023, PMC sent our customer a reimbursement check (#****) for $180.00. Poor communication when filling a claim. I am still waiting now after a week to see if my truck can get fixed. The website is not friendly at all to see if it has been approved or not and the dealership that is going to do the work has yet to hear back. I had to take my truck in so someone from protect my car and look at it and still after a week we still have not gotten an approval. I pay my payments every month. I need answers now.

I have been a customer since 2018 and have paid almost 5k for an extended warranty. My car is in the shop right now and the mechanic has been trying to reach PMC, but has no luck. No one picks up the phone. I have tried calling multiple times as well. No one picks up on any of the numbers listed for PMC. I have emailed support and it was a failed delivery. They have no issues taking auto payments every month, but can't pick up my calls!? I need assistance asap so I can get my repairs done.

I use to use protect my car I paid my monthly payment for about a year and when I finally needed a claim they gave me the run around and hung up on me when I call the next day they told me claims aaid I said I wanted to quit which was not true I did finally quit not wanting to lose any more money to them

The next day, on 6/2/2023, our customer requested that we cancel his coverage plan. Our agent honored that verbal request on 6/2/2023.

Well let me start out by saying I am not a big danger and do not do reviews but I feel people need to be warned. So PMC started off on a good foot. They paid for one of the problems my engine had about a year ago. Then all hell broke loose. I had a flat on the side of the interstate… they wouldn’t help me because of the location and thought it was good idea to just leave a young girl stranded on the side of the road with no other options for help from them. My disillusionment began approximately a year ago. Thank God that I have always been a person who believes in regular maintenance. I had an issue with my 2011 Cadillac CTS that was causing me to not be able to turn my car off even after removing the key. My car is not a "push to start" model. Unfortunately for me there was a hurricane in Florida that day. I was unaware that their only offices are in St. Petersburg Florida. I have been a customer for almost two years. I need repairs done and they wont answer the phone. The online situation is not working, and the mechanic shops want at least speak to someone before they start any work. Ive been to two shops and its the same thing. I feel like da company needs to fix this problem, they make sure to get their payment every month with no issue, and should not have an issue getting the repairs done on my vehicle

I ha no answer put them on hold for the longest my car service the auto repair tried to get in touch with them but no avail i called and got the same thing as they did This is a bad company just taking your money but no more i,m going to cancel as of today
