I was on hold with protect my car for over 5 hours and when I finally got someone on the phone and got them in touch with my repair shop they said they would need to send an inspector to the shop within 48 hours to verify the repairs needed, that was Thursday afternoon, it is now the following Tuesday afternoon and no inspector. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I had to bring my 2012 Ford 150 into the shop because my bearings were going out. This is horrendous, I have been trying to reach a live person for 3 hours, I need my car repaired. The dealership is waiting to receive approval on the claim. It's been in the shop now for three days. The service rep was on hold for 2 hours, and never received assistance. What a disappointment!
Never able to get ahold of anyone. Stayed on the phone for hours and nothing. Their claims section on their website is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been a loyal customer to Protect My Car since 2020. I filed a warranty claim on 5/25/23. It is 6/28/23, and I still do not have my car. Nor, was I offered a loaner vehicle. We see where these issues were discussed with our Claims Department, on 6/14/2023, and that there was an issue with our customer's repair facility wanting to put our customer's vehicle on a lift to have a proper inspection of the vehicle performed. I have been with Protect My Car for three years. I have been with Protect My Car for three years. . My engine blew, so I called Protect My Car. They wanted proof that I changed had been changing my oil which I submitted. they took care of my engine replacement then five months later my air condition had been blown called them again I was approved for the repairs. All only downfall is I have to pay $200 deductible.
I purchased Protect My Car about 4 years ago, the price was reasonable, free oil change and at the beginning, I never had a problem with getting an item approved for coverage until two years ago. Two years ago ** was denied coverage due to a long term oil leak I called Protect My Car, the games and the scamming of this company begin.
