The Repair shop Aamco in Hackensack, NJ. A well respected shop has attempted to file a warranty claim was on hold for several hours over 4 days trying to get approval for warranty work.... The Repair shop that attempted to file a warranty claim was on hold for several hours over 4 days trying to get approval for warranty work.... Never got ahold of anyone. Had to pay for the work out of my own pocket. There is not even a way to apply for a claim for reimbursement even if you do pay for the warranty work. Better off saving the money you would pay for "Coverage" from this non-existent customer service company, and pay for the repair your self...

Our Claims Department noted that our customer supplied his own part for his Fuel Pump repair, which is not allowed under our policy. I've been with PMC since 2021, everything started out great, but now days you can never get anyone on the phone through the claims department. The shop has been calling them for 3 straight days with no answer. Today I called the number they provide for a quote & they pick right for that, but when you call to make a claim you get no answer.

I need to file a claim and have gotten the same runaround. Hours on hold to then be told my engine repairs are not covered, the repair dealership got on the phone with them to explain the issue is part of the engine which should be covered by rhe policy . ***** didn't want to hear it and now I'm out of my premiums and my car . Been a customer with PMC for 5 years and have been on-time with all my payments. Everything was fine until I finally had to file a claim on my transmission. This company is playing bait and switch. They solicited my business, learned somehow that I had recently purchased a used vehicle. I told them up front that it had almost ******* miles on it, that I am a **** (postal service) employee, and that I will be using the vehicle as a postal (mail carrying) vehicle.
