Protect My Car is a scam. I purchased coverage from them in June 2020, and they have been deducting payments monthly on my credit card. My card was stolen and was reissued by the credit card company. The credit card company made me to understand that auto payments prior to my card cancellation will not be impacted; the credit card company was right, all the other auto payments on my credit card were not impacted. The worst place to get your extra warranty for sure. People doesn't know how to speak to the customer. Scammed company. There's a guy called ******* as a Senior. He is the worst kind of people ever, impolite, uneducated, hang up the phone on you and very rude all the time. Guys, learn from other people bad experiences, never trust your car to this company. NEVER!!!

Protect my car sold a policy awful. Had this since 2021 found they have wrong year on vehicle and Vin# is made up.Call put you through to PayLink which promises to switch you to Protect my car.Put on hold forever with awful hold music. Trust me the one star was accidental

For the love of God DO NOT get protect my car. Theyre made and trained to be sweet and helpful when they sell to you, but once youre in theyre terrible. They will find ANY little reason to deny your claim and blame you for any negligence when something goes wrong with your car. Theyre incredibly condescending and blamed me of drag racing my car and putting the incorrect oil in my car, as per my manual. (Manual stated I was correct). Not satisfied with the customer service that all on it set to be even when my car was up there for over a month. Still wouldnt be considered reimbursed in me for the cost of the rentals. But I was waiting for the outcome. What kind of business does this.

In short, there were multiple delays on our customer's claim (due to our customer's repair shop's failure to communicate with the third party inspection company, as well as our customer's delay in authorizing an additional diagnosis test. BEEN WITH PROTECT MY CAR 3 YEARS.STARTER WENT OUT IN MY CAR. TOOK TO LUTHER DEALERSHIP, DIAGNOSED PROBLEMS. DEALERSHIP SENT IN D=CLAIM CLEARLY STAGTING ON FORM ENGINE STARTER ELECTRICAL SWITCH IS BAD. THEY REFUSED TO PAY. CHECKED MY POLICY WITH PROTECT MY CAR AND IN QUOTES UNDER ELECTRICAL COVERAGE FOR :"STARTER, STARTER SOlenOID, ALTERNATOR" THIS IS THE STARTER, s the honda fit has no key. they would not pay for this. this is a scam. they just flat out refuse to pay.. can you help me get reimbursed. bob c

Been with this company almost 2 years paying my money first time getting service an they don't want to pay . This is the worst company for a warranty company they don't answer phone they have you on phone hours after hours if you do getanyone this is so bad you Pau your money faithfully every month but they can't fix your car want answer phone call of call see if you get help nothing of Noone I don't think this company should be open I think they are scammer horrible company my car been in the shop 08/04/23 they want pick up yo talk but they can get your money every month the repairmen evenly trying to get in touch with them

Unfortunately, PMC was forced to send all of its agents home early at 12:30 PM on 8/17/2023 due to a power outage in our corporate office that affected all five businesses in our building.
