**Avoid Protect My Car A Nightmare Experience**Protect My Car is the worst warranty company I've ever dealt with. Starting a claim was a nightmare. We could never get in touch with anyone, and once we did, we were told management would get back to us but they never did. We spent hours at a time on hold. worthless! too much time holding on the line for customer **********************, non- payment of claims, no one answers emails, and if you claim is to high, the will not honor services.Mr. ****** no last name given, was not very polite or helpful. he gave me a whole quiz on the services for my car as if though he was making the monthly payments. and **************** was also not very helpful as a claims advisor. no return phone calls nor, answered email. PMC was definely a rip off SCAMMM!
Protect My Car I feel like its a scam because they never fix my car. Only thing they gave me was a free oil change but everything that need to be done to my vehicle didnt cover it so it was not worth even having and they just said four years was my limit So they are not good for business they are a waste of time
THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH 1 STAR!!!They do NOT follow through with anything!They will take your money and your car is in the shop for weeks, with YOU having to pay for it anyway. Nothing but a SCAM!!!!!You or the shop try calling and your on the phone trying to get through for a long time, and dont press the button when it says theyll call you back and you wont lose your place in line, they dont call back!!!
The only reason I rated them a 1.out of 5 is that there is no 0. I have a 2015 Infiniti Q50 that had under 100k miles on it at the time my claim, I took good car of my car, had it serviced regularly with oil changes, routine repairs such as brakes and fluid changes. At 88k I had the car serviced at the Infiniti Dealership, complete tune-up, oil change replaced heater hoses that was hard to get to and the fact they were 8 years old. My truck has been in the shop since 02/05/204. PMC said they would send a inspector out to inspect the truck within 24 to 48 hour. Today is 02/13/2024 still know inspection. PMC want even reply back to my emails. I just made my monthly payment yesterday. Nothing still has happened.
If I could give no stars I would. I have been with this company for 3 years an have NEVER gotten any serious work approved aside from an oil change (that's actually free with my coverage) done on my car, an that's like pulling teeth when it's time for that to be done because no one ever answers the phone in order for the claim to be processed an covered. On my *********************** the shop for about 6 months from June to December of 2023 it took them 4 months to contact them just to tell me that I didn't get nothing service on my transmission and that's why they couldn't fix my transmission which I got my car just got it 6 months later the transmission went out.Protect my car said it covers bumper to bumper now they're saying it I didn't get something service that it cancel getting my transmission fixed so what I did is cancel my account then they turn around talking abou... read more
