Very Competent and Professional Mr. Estrada was recommended to us by a friend, who was beneficiary of his service. We are very satisfied with him and his partner. They are very competent and professional. Mr. Estrada is patient and ready to answer every question. He promptly answered any of my phone calls after the inspection. The inspection was very detailed and objective.
Exceptional Inspector Not only was Tom a exceptional inspector but he was also a pleasure to work with. As first-time home buyers, it was our first time with a home inspection and Tom took the time to give us an overview on the inspection process and then proceeded to give us a very detailed report of his findings, complete with a summary, pictures and recommendations.
Very Professional We hired Tom for a pre inspection. Tom was very professional. Explained every detail as he inspected each component from roof to crawl space. He had no problem with me tagging along during the entire process. His inspection allowed us to repair any deficiencies prior to the buyer's own inspector; which by the way was not as thorough as Tom. Thanks
Friendly and Knowledgeable Jim was so friendly and knowledgeable and eased my fears as a first time home buyer. He did a very thorough job of inspecting our home, went through every single thing he found with me (big or small) and not only told me about them, but made suggestions on how to repair things or make them better. I would recommend him to anyone!
Quality Home Inspection We appreciate the fast and professional service we received from Jim and Merlita. Jim found some issues that we never would have thought of. Some of these were safety problems. Jim works fast all the while being attentive to our many questions. Their follow up review and supporting PDF files were top notch.

Great experience! I'm a home buyer, not a Realtor, so if you're on the receiving end of one of Jim's inspections, I feel you can rest assured it will be worth it. He is well organized, comes prepared, goes over the home you'll be looking at with a fine tooth comb so to speak.
