Beyond Expectation Tom Seery is very knowledgeable, friendly, keeps you informed throughout the process, has good recommendations for what needs to be done to address a deficiency, and is very thorough. We appreciated that he reviewed all his findings with us at the end so we really understood his report, which was issued within a day of his visit!

Excellent Job! I was very pleased with results of Tom's inspection of the condo I am in the process of buying. The inspection proved to be a wise investment, pointing up the minor repairs needed and the good features and some hidden qualities in the condo, I was not aware of.
