Easy To Work With Tom and Merlita were very professional and were very easy to work with. They did a thorough job and was able to walk me through all the details and took the time to walk me through the inspection report in person as soon it was done. He answered all my questions and also recommended what I can do on my own to take care of my new house.
Thorough And Comprehensive Jim has lived up to my expectations based on reviews from other home owners. He was very courteous as well as pretty knowledgeable. Beyond Expectation Tom Seery is very knowledgeable, friendly, keeps you informed throughout the process, has good recommendations for what needs to be done to address a deficiency, and is very thorough. We appreciated that he reviewed all his findings with us at the end so we really understood his report, which was issued within a day of his visit!
Awesome To Work With! Jim and Merlita were awesome to work with! We needed an inspection within a day of our offer, and they responded immediately on Sunday evening. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of what to look for showed his love of his work. He gave us a complete printout of all watch outs and easy fixes. Excellent Job! I was very pleased with results of Tom's inspection of the condo I am in the process of buying. The inspection proved to be a wise investment, pointing up the minor repairs needed and the good features and some hidden qualities in the condo, I was not aware of. For peace of mind and to stave of future trouble I recommend the Property Inspector.
