Quality Home Inspection We appreciate the fast and professional service we received from Jim and Merlita. Jim found some issues that we never would have thought of. Some of these were safety problems. Jim works fast all the while being attentive to our many questions. Their follow up review and supporting PDF files were top notch.

Job Well Done Jim and Merlita were a pleasure to work with. Both efficient and thorough, Jim quickly went through the major items (the roof, attic, crawl space, etc) while Merlita went through with the blue tape and go after all those little imperfections. Extremely Well Jim and Merlita were able to fit us in on very short notice due to a fast sale. Despite this, they still gave the condo a thorough review. They checked every detail, both inside the unit and on the outside the building. They are sticklers for perfection, and that's what you want in an inspector.
