The Best! We were thrilled with the inspection process completed with Jim, and his wife Merlita. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The home buying process can be very stressful not knowing what lurks in the inner workings of a home, but Jim inspected thoroughly top to bottom and answered all our concerns.

Very Detailed I found Jim and Merlita sitting in the driveway when I arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Thinking they were just waiting for us to arrive, only to find out they had already completed the exterior inspection. Their inspection was thorough and the final report was very detailed. The feedback will be very helpful with closing.
Very Pleased I have used PI for two home inspections, the first of which saved me from purchasing what would have ultimately been a money pit. Both inspectors are extremely thorough and leave me with the impression that they have left no stone unturned.
