Excellent Knowledge Tom has inspected two properties for us recently and both were very thorough and gave us confidence that we needed to buy a house. Well Worth The Cost Jim and his wonderful wife inspected our new home. Very knowledgeable and meticulous. I loved that Jim is a perfectionist. He found some problems with the home that 2 other inspectors had overlooked. They made us feel very comfortable and interacted with our kids during inspection. Very thorough and informative. Jim even took the extra time to take a video of what was wrong so we could forward it to the listing agent! I would highly recommend them! Thanks a lot!
Amazing Customer Service! I've had Tom inspect 2 houses for me and he has always been professional, thorough, and informative. Very Meticulous We loved having Jim Estrada inspect our new home! He was very meticulous, very knowledgeable and told us exactly what needed to be fixed and what we could do to improve our home. He and his wife are also super friendly. Loved it and I will use Jim again, if I need another inspection and will refer him to family and friends!
Superb Work Ethic Jim and Merlita run a wonderful business and are very good at what they do. His report is in your email before you walk out the door, and it explains everything in detail and includes photos.
