Pleasure To Work With It was a pleasure to work with Jim and Merlita. Their attention to detail was reassuring when deciding on making the call on an older home for my family. We currently reside in a home that is less than five years old and are looking at a home that was built in 1928! My wife and I were very thankful for the time that Jim took explaining the inspection findings.
Most Rewarding Experience I had a very positive experience with both Jim and Merlita. They were very thorough and thoughtful in their inspection, and kept me informed during the entire process. Outstanding Job Jim and his staff at PI did an outstanding job inspecting an older home that had many, many issues. They were able to accommodate a last minute request and give us a detailed report the same day as the inspection! Jim's knowledge of construction is obvious and his attention to detail assures that every aspect of the home is covered. The inspection report he provides is outstanding! I give the highest recommendation possible!
Exceptional! Excellent - so glad that Jim and Merlita came to do my inspection. Very thorough, which is so needed and helpful. Absolutely Perfect I couldn't be more satisfied than I am with Jim Estrada's inspection on what I hope is my future home. Jim and Merlita combed through every inch of the house and property. Money Well Spent My inspector was Dennis Egan. Dennis is very professional and the most knowledgeable person I have met in regards to home construction. Very thorough and explained to me in detail his findings as well provided a report the same day. Highest caliber professionals out there. Impressive! I am so impressed! The whole process from first introduction to the completion of the inspection is so well done and so organized. Very professional! Jim even called me to tell me he had overcharged me and a check was in the mail. I hadn't even noticed! I, 100% would recommend Property Inspector for any inspection.
