The Best! We were thrilled with the inspection process completed with Jim, and his wife Merlita. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The home buying process can be very stressful not knowing what lurks in the inner workings of a home, but Jim inspected thoroughly top to bottom and answered all our concerns.

Highly Recommended They arrived early and performed the outside inspection prior to us getting there so we didn't have to stand out in the cold. They were quick, methodical and thorough. They didn't mind us following them around and asking questions as we went and explained everything that they found. I would absolutely recommend.
Outstanding Job Jim and his staff at PI did an outstanding job inspecting an older home that had many, many issues. They were able to accommodate a last minute request and give us a detailed report the same day as the inspection! Would Definitely Recommend Tom did a great job. He was there early and already started before I showed up. He was very thorough and explained everything he found in detail. Money Well Spent My inspector was Dennis Egan. Dennis is very professional and the most knowledgeable person I have met in regards to home construction. Most Rewarding Experience I had a very positive experience with both Jim and Merlita. They were very thorough and thoughtful in their inspection, and kept me informed during the entire process. Their care and attention to detail definitely made the experience worthwhile as they did find a couple of major issues with the property.
