Superb Work Ethic Jim and Merlita run a wonderful business and are very good at what they do. His report is in your email before you walk out the door, and it explains everything in detail and includes photos. His reports are user friendly which make a big difference and he is great with all types of home buyers. You know you can trust his work.
Well Worth The Cost Jim and his wonderful wife inspected our new home. Very knowledgeable and meticulous. I loved that Jim is a perfectionist. He found some problems with the home that 2 other inspectors had overlooked. They made us feel very comfortable and interacted with our kids during inspection. Very thorough and informative. Jim even took the extra time to take a video of what was wrong so we could forward it to the listing agent! I would highly recommend them! Thanks a lot!
Pleasant Experience I am buying the house for the first time. Jim made our experience very pleasant. During long process of the inspection I and my family felt very well taken care and secure.
