A very detailed inspection It was a very detailed inspection. They showed me photos of the inspection process that was done and they even provided me safety information on many aspects of the home. This is my second time using Property Inspector and I'm happy to use them again!
Extremely Well Jim and Merlita were able to fit us in on very short notice due to a fast sale. Despite this, they still gave the condo a thorough review. They checked every detail, both inside the unit and on the outside the building. They are sticklers for perfection, and that's what you want in an inspector.
Extremely Thorough Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and clear and concise in his explanation. I consider myself to be a detail oriented person, but Jim found things a completely missed or would not have known about. His understanding of housing construction made him invaluable in our walk-through of our new home.
