First Rate Vince McIntosh was our inspector and he couldn't have been more professional! He took the time to answer our questions and did not rush things. Very Pleased I have used PI for two home inspections, the first of which saved me from purchasing what would have ultimately been a money pit. Both inspectors are extremely thorough and leave me with the impression that they have left no stone unturned. Hiring these guys is money well spent and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I hear who is buying.
Totally Satisfied Tom was a great inspector. He was very thorough in searching all corners of the house for potential issues. He gave great explanations and answered all of my questions (there were quite a few). I would highly recommend him and if I ever need another inspection, I will be contacting PI and requesting Tom directly. Thanks Tom!
Highly recommended! This is the 2nd time I have used Jim and his company. Each time I am more and more pleased with the detail, knowledge, and care he has for his clients. Excellent Service Jim and Merlita provide a thorough and professional service. They arrived early and prepared, inspecting common use areas prior to our arrival. Jim provided explanations regarding the function and condition of each system to my client. He also addressed concerns that she had. Amazing Customer Service! I've had Tom inspect 2 houses for me and he has always been professional, thorough, and informative.
