Meticulous and Thorough Jim is meticulous and thorough in his inspections and presents the report in an easy to understand format, with Major, Minor, and Maintenance issues clearly identified. Very Meticulous We loved having Jim Estrada inspect our new home! He was very meticulous, very knowledgeable and told us exactly what needed to be fixed and what we could do to improve our home.
