Excellent Knowledge Tom has inspected two properties for us recently and both were very thorough and gave us confidence that we needed to buy a house. He is very professional and speaks to homeowners in layman's terms that make it easy to comprehend without being condescending. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
Absolutely Perfect I couldn't be more satisfied than I am with Jim Estrada's inspection on what I hope is my future home. Jim and Merlita combed through every inch of the house and property. The report gave a detailed list of items of concern and what I might do. I feel reassured and confident in my choice and would use their service again in a heartbeat.
Highly Recommended They arrived early and performed the outside inspection prior to us getting there so we didn't have to stand out in the cold. They were quick, methodical and thorough. They didn't mind us following them around and asking questions as we went and explained everything that they found. I would absolutely recommend.
