Highly Recommended Jim and his associate were wonderful. This is our first home purchase and they made it very simple and clear on any repairs needed. I was always told most inspectors just walk through, but Jim and his associate took over 2 hrs and when we got to see pictures and given recommendations on how to fix minor things ourselves. I will highly recommend them.

Exceptional! Excellent - so glad that Jim and Merlita came to do my inspection. Very thorough, which is so needed and helpful. Job Well Done Jim and Merlita were a pleasure to work with. Both efficient and thorough, Jim quickly went through the major items (the roof, attic, crawl space, etc) while Merlita went through with the blue tape and go after all those little imperfections. We were buying a new home so I was concerned on getting value, but all concerns were erased. Thank you!
