Easy To Work With Tom and Merlita were very professional and were very easy to work with. They did a thorough job and was able to walk me through all the details and took the time to walk me through the inspection report in person as soon it was done. He answered all my questions and also recommended what I can do on my own to take care of my new house.
Thorough And Comprehensive Jim has lived up to my expectations based on reviews from other home owners. He was very courteous as well as pretty knowledgeable. The Best! We were thrilled with the inspection process completed with Jim, and his wife Merlita. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The home buying process can be very stressful not knowing what lurks in the inner workings of a home, but Jim inspected thoroughly top to bottom and answered all our concerns.
Very Detailed I found Jim and Merlita sitting in the driveway when I arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Thinking they were just waiting for us to arrive, only to find out they had already completed the exterior inspection. Their inspection was thorough and the final report was very detailed. The feedback will be very helpful with closing.
Highly Recommended Jim and his associate were wonderful. This is our first home purchase and they made it very simple and clear on any repairs needed. I was always told most inspectors just walk through, but Jim and his associate took over 2 hrs and when we got to see pictures and given recommendations on how to fix minor things ourselves. I will highly recommend them.
Outstanding Job Jim and his staff at PI did an outstanding job inspecting an older home that had many, many issues. They were able to accommodate a last minute request and give us a detailed report the same day as the inspection! Jim's knowledge of construction is obvious and his attention to detail assures that every aspect of the home is covered. The inspection report he provides is outstanding! Saved Us A Bundle I was very impressed by the inspection that was done on our house. He was very thorough and professional. He reviewed the issues that were found so we knew exactly what to do to correct them. The report he gave us was very thorough and the photos included made his comments very clear. This husband / wife team worked very well and quickly.
Job Well Done Jim and Merlita were a pleasure to work with. Both efficient and thorough, Jim quickly went through the major items (the roof, attic, crawl space, etc) while Merlita went through with the blue tape and go after all those little imperfections. We were buying a new home so I was concerned on getting value, but all concerns were erased. Thank you!
