Excellent Knowledge Tom has inspected two properties for us recently and both were very thorough and gave us confidence that we needed to buy a house. He is very professional and speaks to homeowners in layman's terms that make it easy to comprehend without being condescending. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
Absolutely Perfect I couldn't be more satisfied than I am with Jim Estrada's inspection on what I hope is my future home. Jim and Merlita combed through every inch of the house and property.
