Highly Recommended They arrived early and performed the outside inspection prior to us getting there so we didn't have to stand out in the cold. They were quick, methodical and thorough. They didn't mind us following them around and asking questions as we went and explained everything that they found. I would absolutely recommend.

Easy To Work With Tom and Merlita were very professional and were very easy to work with. They did a thorough job and was able to walk me through all the details and took the time to walk me through the inspection report in person as soon it was done. He answered all my questions and also recommended what I can do on my own to take care of my new house.
Highly Recommended Jim and his associate were wonderful. This is our first home purchase and they made it very simple and clear on any repairs needed. I was always told most inspectors just walk through, but Jim and his associate took over 2 hrs and when we got to see pictures and given recommendations on how to fix minor things ourselves. I will highly recommend them.
Pleasant Experience I am buying the house for the first time. Jim made our experience very pleasant. During long process of the inspection I and my family felt very well taken care and secure. Jim answered all our questions, made very detailed suggestions about how to fix small problems he found during very intense and thorough inspection. We felt we are in good hands.

Extremely Thorough Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and clear and concise in his explanation. I consider myself to be a detail oriented person, but Jim found things a completely missed or would not have known about. His understanding of housing construction made him invaluable in our walk-through of our new home.
Exceptional I work in the Seattle construction business and I was impressed with Tom's thoroughness and attention to detail. He was very helpful and his final report on the house is above and beyond other inspection reports I've seen. It not only helped us with the purchase process but also gave us a working list of to-do's once we own the house!
