Excellent Experience Our experience with PI was excellent. Tom is clear thorough and made sure we understood the entire process. Tom tested everything to make sure it was in working order, gave us recommendations on what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. We are very comfortable moving ahead on our purchase thanks to Tom and PI.
Would Definitely Recommend Tom did a great job. He was there early and already started before I showed up. He was very thorough and explained everything he found in detail. He went over EVERYTHING with us as soon as he was done and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him in the future.
Extremely Thorough Thanks so much for the time and inspection. I found Jim extremely thorough, efficient, informative, and friendly. It was great to know him and his wife! He took time to explain every issue, both major and minor. He substantiated every issue with a picture, and gave a very detailed report. It was great working with him!
Made Us Feel Comfortable From the moment we talked on the phone though the 7 hour inspection, Jim and Merlita made us feel really comfortable that all areas of our hopefully future house and biggest real estate investment were inspected and concerns addressed. The helpful tips and their calming influence made what could have been a stressful event, very stress-free.

They are very competent and professional. Mr. Estrada is patient and ready to answer every question. He promptly answered any of my phone calls after the inspection. The inspection was very detailed and objective.
Friendly and Knowledgeable Jim was so friendly and knowledgeable and eased my fears as a first time home buyer. He did a very thorough job of inspecting our home, went through every single thing he found with me (big or small) and not only told me about them, but made suggestions on how to repair things or make them better. I would recommend him to anyone!
Meticulous and Thorough Jim is meticulous and thorough in his inspections and presents the report in an easy to understand format, with Major, Minor, and Maintenance issues clearly identified. He is very accommodating in scheduling appointments and spends time with my clients explaining the condition of the home in a non judge-mental fashion.
