Very Professional We hired Tom for a pre inspection. Tom was very professional. Explained every detail as he inspected each component from roof to crawl space. He had no problem with me tagging along during the entire process. His inspection allowed us to repair any deficiencies prior to the buyer's own inspector; which by the way was not as thorough as Tom. Thanks
Excellent Job! I was very pleased with results of Tom's inspection of the condo I am in the process of buying. The inspection proved to be a wise investment, pointing up the minor repairs needed and the good features and some hidden qualities in the condo, I was not aware of. For peace of mind and to stave of future trouble I recommend the Property Inspector.
Highly Competent As a real estate professional I have participated in and attended numerous inspections; however, this was the most thorough inspection I have ever participated in. Exceptional Inspector Not only was Tom a exceptional inspector but he was also a pleasure to work with. As first-time home buyers, it was our first time with a home inspection and Tom took the time to give us an overview on the inspection process and then proceeded to give us a very detailed report of his findings, complete with a summary, pictures and recommendations.
