This is my 3rd Acura SUV purchased from Proctor Acura. The Acura is a great car but the service at Proctor Acura exceeds a 5 five star. They are always there to help you and take very good care of you and your vehicle. The service department at Acura is one of the main reason I purchased a car from them. What a top notch experience from start to finish at Proctor Acura. Gene was very knowledgeable and efficient, and helped me with everything from getting car seats and strollers into the car for a test drive to quickly finalizing paperwork before my two year old lost his patience. The whole sales and service team were a pleasure to work with, I just can't say enough great things, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Proctor Acura service department is 5-Stars. The entire service team goes the extra miles. Each service representative knows you by name. Charles, Ron, and Tony make sure you have their undivided attention and you leave there knowing your car was top priority. In addition, if I need something from the parts department Jeffery Jones takes care of my needs. I highly recommend Proctor Acura service and parts department.

Our MDX was driving very strangely and we brought it in to be fixed. I love that they did not give up until they found the problem! Charles and the whole staff is simply great and I always know that our car will be fixed right the first time! Thanks for keeping us safe!
