On Saturday, we purchased a vehicle from Gene Mixon. He was very honest, respectful, and professional. I did not intend on buying, only looking/test-driving that day. However, Gene's friendly, laid-back, no pressure demeanor appealed to me and my husband. We felt like he had our best interest as his priority. The service dept is top notch. We purchased at Proctor because of the experience we had the first time we visited the service dept. with a vehicle we used to own. The service is consistent, friendly, and professional. Stuart was our advisor on our most recent visit and he took care of our MDX, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We drive an hour and half just to keep our vehicle maintained and plan on continuing to do so.

Since 2005 when I purchased my 3.2CL from Proctor Acura, my experience as a customer has been wonderful. I've always used them for my maintenance on my car from oil changes to transmission work. Hands down the service department is friendly and genuinely helpful and shows a vested interest in you as a person. Love my car still with it's 145K miles on it!! They kept it running and working like new

I love taking my MDX down to Proctor Acura to be serviced. The staff there is super nice and very accommodating. I do not live in Tallahassee so when I do come, they are quick to get me in and back on my way.
