Having worked in a customer service field for over 35 years it pains me to have to even give a one star on this review. I purchased a car back in May. I was told the car had been serviced upon receiving the keys and driving off the lot. It is now ******** * and I'm stuck on the side of the road. I took it back to the dealer just last week to get a diagnostic because the car started misfiring. I went to Stokes Hodges in Graniteville Sc for a car loan for my son. I was co-signing as this was his first purchase we filled out all the paperwork said we were approved gave us the payment options and the months we circled one agreed on it signed papers and I was asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle and me purchasing a car as well and I said that I was. My experience with this dealership was horrible. I "purchased" it on ******** and everything was ok. Mind you the sales guy never asked me for a check stub or anything. Deal was I needed to come back on ****** to put the down payment down as it was late ******** when I "purchased" the vehicle and my bank was closed and would not authorize that amount on my card. Horrible customer service, they promise you things and then turn around and tell you something completely different. Do not trust a word they say and get everything you do in writing because they will deny any claims they tell you verbally.

******* both me and my fiancé over and lied to us, I went in to trade my car for an suv. I was told and signed 2 different documents saying they can get my payments to what I want. They let me drive the car home and come back as it was getting late. I was texted that everything was taken care of and got my payments lower. When I get there the bank never approved anything and they ran my credit 6 different times. Made me go home again with the car and said they'll be an update by noon Monday.
