Not a place run with efficiency. Seems chaotic and overly challenging for the staff. A simple task turns into a long day of nothing. Trade in a car and not have paperwork completed. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked into this dealership and Told them specifically that I did not want the optional gap in service and the optional auto gear . In total all of these items cost $4995. I told them I did not want these items. But they still submitted the deal with $4995 worth of warranties that I Told them that I did not want in the 1st place.
