Service today was excellent as always at Proctor Acura. I had a tail light that was damaged by vandalism and Acura ordered the part and had it replaced in a matter of days. They worked around a schedule conflict that came up for me the day before and were efficient in doing the work. They are very friendly, explain any work that needs to be done and get it done in a timely manner. The service department is the reason we bought our Acura.

I have been taking my cars to Proctor Acura for service ever since I purchased my first Acura. The service from purchasing through the maintenance of my car is excellent. They treat you like family and always explain everything to you and make you feel comfortable with your visit. I know my car will be in good shape when I leave and the staff here really knows what customer service is all about.

Service dept was awesome! Had to take my car for a minor computer update. They were fast and friendly! Even washed it before I got it back! I was very pleased with the service! �����
