I recently visited the service department & was immediately greeted by Charles Boykin. He was helpful and very knowledgeable. After picking up my vehicle, he was able to explain in detail in service performed! I'm so glad to be a Proctor Acura customer.

It's always a five star experience at Proctor Acura. Charles and his team of service techs are always accommodating, get the job done quickly and we leave with a clean car and a smile on our face. They always have great coffee, water, cookies and snacks. It's the little things that make the difference and this dealership shows it.

The best dealership in North Florida. Sales Department is excellent and the Service Department sets standards that most cannot come close to.
Thank you to the fantastic service team at Proctor. They were able to take me as a walk in last week for an oil change and service. My wait was pleasant and I was able to work using their guest WiFi in the customer lounge. My experience was awesome!
