Love our local Acura dealer. They changed the oil, washed the car and even fixed an issue we'd had with a vibrating noise when traveling on interstate. They have the best employees, who are always so helpful!

I've had my MDX for 12 years and I must say "I Love My Car". My alternator went out over the Labor Day Holiday. I'm so thankful they were open and able to take care of me. Proctor's customer service is beyond phenomenal.

Service requests are handled efficiently and effectively by all members of the staff. When discounts are available they are automatically applied on service charges. Service staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Quality of work is superior. I have never had to return my car to remedy any fault int he service. Condition of the vehicle is checked thoroughly, but I have never been or felt pressured to do additional work on my car.
